Product Import Steps

This page explains the steps you must follow before uploading the import file to the website.

Step 1: Once you have finished adding your products to the file, click on "save as".

Step 2: Click on "File Format" and choose the "CSV UTF-8" format as shown below.

This is to ensure that Arabic names and descriptions are stored correctly.

Step 3: Save the file, the file is now ready to be uploaded.
